It is a proyect for a residential complex in the center of the city of Seville, an extension of the Hispano-American School.

Its present state is the result of diverse aggregations and extensions that compose a puzzle. Five buildings of different epoch, volume, use and quality, currently poorly articulated.

The main facade of Alfonso XII street is set back leaving a wide front garden space, unusual solution in the historic center of Seville.
